Matt and I went with 2 friends to enjoy some time out of the heat and in the mountains :-)  We enjoyed time in Glenwood Springs, Vail, and Denver.  Of course everyone knows that Matt broke and dislocated his wrist during this trip, but we did enjoy our time up there, mountain biking, swimming, and enjoying time with family.

On our way back to Denver, we stopped in Matt's childhood town, Georgetown.  He used to work at this little diner called The Happy Cooker :-)

Kansas
We had such a wonderful time in Kansas with mom and dad.  We spent a few days there working on their land and enjoying time together.  We were also able to tour around some of the local church sites and go to the newly opened temple to do some work for Grandma Asay's family (an amazing experience).  We ate some yummy BBQ and watched lots of Seinfeld.  We are so excited to spend many many many years at their new home :-)

Matt and I having fun with Dad's tractor!  We dug holes, pulled fence posts, and watered trees :-)
