Awesome Stuff

So a couple of cool things have happened this week. First, Matt shot a nice 10 point buck. The buck is beautiful and is happily resting in our deep freezer until we get him processed :-) Anyway, here's a picture:


The other awesome thing this week is that we bought a new truck today :-) We have been thinking about it and working things out for about a month now and it all came together today! It actually was perfect because as Matt was driving our old truck down to the dealership to pick up our new truck, our old one died. I wouldn't even start for Matt and his sister had to pick him up. Anyway, we are proud owners of a 2009 Toyota Tacoma. It's got everything we wanted in it, 4 wheel drive, V6, and manual transmission. Here's a pict:

    Jeff's jealous of both the buck and the truck (no rhyme intended!). What a great life you have out of the Marine Corps!! Good choice!
